Lonnie’s approach to fitness/wellness is that everyone has a style of exercise they like, and he has taken it to the next level with programs that stand alone or merge together.  You can workout alone, with a group, with a group (with your camera off), early in the morning, at lunch, late, or whenever “you” have the time.

Lonnie is a professional dancer and fitness trainer passionate about helping people feel their best. Under his guidance, he will provide the tools and support you need to start and stay on your wellness journey.
