Yoga At Sundance Square

The YMCA of Fort Worth and Sundance Square holds free yoga classes every other Saturday at Sundance Square. It was a beautiful day to hang out with friends and get a little exercise.

As women of a certain age, we must keep our flexibility, and doing yoga is a good way to do it. Doing different types of exercising also helps to keep us motivated.

Partying On The Trinity–Jubilee Theater Gala

The gala was moved from the banks of the Trinity River to the Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus, and they never missed a beat.  There was good food and drink catered by Mi Cocina.  There was good, danceable music performed by one of North Texas’ outstanding bands–The Inspiration Band.  There were plenty of patrons who were eager eat, dance, bid on the auction and remember the founder of The Jubilee Theater–Rudy Eastman. This annual fundraiser is held each year–be on the lookout for the party next year to raise money to continue the creative, entertaining legacy of the Jubilee Theater.
