FOCUS ON YOU (REALLY–FOCUS ON YOU)

As women of a certain age, we tend to put ourselves last.  You know that health test that should be done every so often, that exam that we should do everyday–it seems these tests and others get pushed aside for more important things–other people’s important things.

Baylor Health has come to the rescue.  They are holding a “FREE” women’s health and wellness event on January 26, 2013 from 7:30 am to noon.  The event “For Women For Life” will have free health screenings.  You will be able to learn about disease prevention and even ask health questions at their health information booths.  You can also talk to the doctors that will be there.  You do have to “RSVP” at 1.800.4BAYLOR or you can go online.

Baylor Health is located in North Texas, but I am almost certain that other hospitals offer the same type of programs.  Take a look around your area to find out if there is a similar program offered.  If there is, please share with us so that we can all “FOCUS ON OURSELVES”  Grab your girlfriends and go  because “thisisyourbestyear”.
