Cocktail For Your Face

As you know it takes me a while to tell you about a product.  As  women of a certain age advertisers are always trying to sell us that next best thing.  You know that one thing that reduces, or puffs, or diminishes, hydrates and on and on.  I have found some things that work for me.

My latest finds were at CVS Pharmacy, yes they were at the drugstore.  Here they are:

Both products are by Lumene and are relatively inexpensive.  We all know that one day we woke up and wondered where the moisture in our face had gone.  The Vitamin C+ Dry Skin Comfort Radiance Cocktail is a product that will give your face a welcome jolt of moisture.  You shake it up and apply it to your face/neck.  It is not a heavy oil.  You can use it in the morning or at bedtime.  Some days I use it as the only moisturizer I need  and others I may add another moisturizer. This product truly does “comfort” the skin.

The night moisturizer Lumene  Vitamin C+ Pure Radiance Night Cream is not oily; it leaves a silky fresh feeling that you can even wear under makeup.  It seems to do be exactly what it claims, it is “rejuvenating”. They do have a daytime moisturizer that I have not tried as of yet.  I think that for the moment the night-time moisturizer will do for both day and night.

As women of a certain age, we know that our skin is constantly changing, and we are always on the lookout for a product that is for the moment.  I honestly recommend these two products if you are suffering from dryness.  They have worked for me, and the price is right.

If for some reason these products don’t meet your needs you can put them on the “B” team.  Put them in your gym bag, pack them in your travel bag.  For the price they can’t be beat.
