If you know me, you know I love good coffee. I recently attended a coffee cupping class held at Central Market in Ft. Worth. The other participants and I had a wonderful learning experience. It was sort of like a wine tasting class with smelling, sipping and spitting.
Mr. Wilbert Benitez from Katz Coffee was a very interesting teacher who made our experience even better.
