Being a woman of a certain age I look forward to being at home especially when it is clean.I enjoy my time away, but feel good when I put the key in the lock. As you can see from the picture I am ready. I have my coffee ready, my favorite mug, the newspaper, my well worn bible and my Jimmy Carter daily meditations. All that is left is CBS Sunday Morning and my hubbys face when he comes in from church. I got back too late to attend Carter Metropolitan CME Church this morning, but if the Lord says the same I will be there next Sunday. Remember, “thisisyourbestyear”. Happy to be home.
She is shopping for her birthday.
Napping with the patio door open and gentle rain falling. Happy birthday baby sis. Celebration continues later.
Rain will not stop birthday celebration.
My baby sister wanted to celebrate her birthday close to home so off to Big D we went. Spending the weekend at Bailey’s Uptown Inn. A little bit tired from last weekend
and work this week, but she is my baby sis. Even cooked a couple of times this week–got to keep hubby happy. Went to exercise class too–got to try to keep in shape because I am a woman if a certain age. Remember “thisisyour(my)bestyear”.
Avis driving the Mega Bus.
We are sitting up top at the front of the Mega Bus. We left right on time. Time to let the seat pack, plug in my phone and read my book. Do something different this year. Remember, “thisisyourbestyear” Be Blessed!
